  “I'll try to keep this factual....
  1: DVR no good out of the box, second one no good out of the box, still trying to get third one.
  2: They requested FedEx shipping number so they could send out replacement right away, they didn't.
  3: Their help/support pages:
  -Page does not load, or
  -Takes you in circle back to where you just were, or
  -Asks you for user name and PW, which when entered says it does not exist, or
  -Asks you to click here to register a new name and PW which takes you to a page where there is no place to do so.
  4: Emails to support:
  -No reply, or
  -Failure reply email saying that no such domain exists (no kidding).
  5: Phone calls to support:
  -On hold for a very long time, or
  -Automatically disconnects after about 30 minutes, or
  -Get recording to leave message and they promise to call back, they don't, or
  -Talk to live person who is extremely busy, tells you to try this and call me back, good- bye
  I could go on, but you get the idea...”
