Security D License Training This is where your career in contract security begins in Florida. This 40-hour course exceeds the Florida mandate for certification as a Class D Security Officer. Security G License Training In accordance with Florida Chapter 493, Class "G" licensed armed security officers are required to complete 28-hours of classroom and range instruction under the direction of a Class "K" licensed instructor. G License Re-Qualification The State of Florida requires a yearly shooting Re-Qualification for all "G" Licensed Security Officers.
