I truly appreciate the service you provide us.
“On my way home today around 12:15 p.m., I received a call from Globelink Security advising me that my alarm had alerted them to a possible break-in. Since no one should be at home at this time, they called the police. They told me that the police should arrive in approximately five minutes. Upon my arrival, I discovered the front door was open and Globelink Security advised it would be best not to go into the house until the police arrived. In about 20 minutes my cell phone rang and it was Globelink checking to see if all was okay. I advised them that the police had not arrived but that I would like to go into my house. They so kindly stayed on the phone with me during my entry and while I checked out the house. They also were kind enough to make the call back to the police advising them it was a false alarm. I just want to say thank you to the phone attendant and to . It would have been very frightening if I would have had to go into the house alone. “A tip of my hat goes to your technician Johnny who performed the Westbrook's home security installation/upgrade. If your entire staff is as skilled and personable as Johnny, you are fortunate. \n \nJohnny demonstrated great customer communication skills along with his professional technical skills. Additionally, he did not seem to mind me watching over his shoulder during the installation. He thoroughly explained how every component of the system works, i.e. the motion, the glass breakage, and smoke detectors and phone line seizure. Due to my technical background, Johnny might have provided me more insight than the typical homeowner would need or want. \n \nAfter spending 20 years as a field service engineer, I can appreciate that the guys in the field are an important part of my successful business operation. \n \nThanks again to Johnny and your staff.
