SCAM
“I hired this company name Global security, paid for their service, signed a agreement with them, they never showed up to get my alarm going, a couple of weeks go by and this company (Group One Safety and Security) contacted me saying they bought out Global security and they were coming to get my alarm going, thy came to my house a total of 4 times to try to get my alarm and my cameras to work every time they came they asked me to sign a paper. Last time they came, they were able to get everything working and they gave me another paper to sign. 2 months later neither my alarm or my cameras were working again, I told them I would like to cancel my service because im not happy with it, it never works and it makes no sence for me to keep paying for something that doesnt work and keep having problems for them to keep coming here and me paying for service calls. I spent about 500 dollars between these 2 companies. They told me I signed a 5 year contract and that there would be no way to cancel the service or I would be breaking the contract, they never told me I was signing a contract specially a 5 year contract. I only asked to cancel the service, im not asking for anything for free or anything like that. This company is a SCAM, why wouldnt they cancel a contract that they mislead me to sign? It makes absolutely no sence. I would like justice and I will make sure their reputation is known by everybody on the web and I hope everybody knows what this company is capable of doing to a client.” -

“Price was high,but good quality product.Installation was average,tech support after the sale is poor.NO 24 hr. service.3 different phone calls for support/repair only 1 returned call the NEXT day.Their motto isThe {ower of Prevention----certainly not support.The salesman was good,after calling him the night of the install---the installer left with having the system FULLY running--did what he could to get me running---and a call back from tech support--tech support is a loose term.” -

Unethical Company!
“I was at work one day when I received a call from a man claiming to be a client who needed my bosses number. The man became irate when I asked him for his last name and address. I called the number back, after he hung up on me, and it was Security Systems USA. It was obviously a salesman, not a client. I asked for Jeff, the guy who hung up on me, just to make sure. \n\nLong story short, I was screamed at again and to top it off the man began talking as if he were mentally challenged, mocking and making fun of me. Bizarre to say the least. I have found similar complaints of aggressive sales calls and rude sales people online from this company. I just want to get the word out that this company is not ethical. When I asked for a supervisor, the first one yelled at me, the second one did not apologize and just said they would not call again. I was nothing but polite throughout this entire ordeal and was shocked at how I was treated. \n\nThis company is not ethical and should not receive your business. ” -
