  DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

  “I called them like 5 times to schedule a fire extinguisher service. They kept saying they will call us to schedule an appointment, but they haven't. I have spent 2 weeks to get a service from them. At the last, they said they are super busy and all schedules are full for 2-3 weeks so call another company. I have totally wasted my time. They should have told me if their schedules were full when I first called them.”

  “I called Zap to hire 4 Security Officers for an Event. I gave him (Tony..Owner) the exact date and the exact location and times and we negotiated a price for their services. I told them that we would solidify everything the next Day. We called the Company for the contract to which they sent. After reading the contract we noticed that the price per Officer was over 20% higher that what we agreed on the prior Evening. His excuse was that is was a Holiday weekend.Saturday was not a Holiday!....This Company advertises integrity and professionalism....well my Friends, I am retired Law Enforcement. .....and it all starts at the Top. This Company reneged on a Deal to try to extort more money. Needless to say , A NO GO!...”
